Commercial property in the Arizona desert just got a lot cooler.
Founded in 2011, Phoenix Rising Investments develops, leases, owns, and manages a series of commercial properties in the greater Phoenix area. After more than 10 years of developing the business, it was time to update the brand. The new aesthetic needed to reflect the ever-changing population and landscape of Phoenix. Clean and contemporary, but with a nod to nature. To do that, I took color cues from the incredibly vast Phoenix sky. The logomark also needed to echo the surrounding environment, so I created a bold badge with stylized mountains.
